Terms of use

These terms apply to the DocExit website, the DocExit application and the DocExit plugins for AI assistants, provided by Operative-Intelligence, Dimitrije Stopar s.p., Slovenia.

What DocExit is — and is not

  • DocExit helps you plan, run and record checks and follow up defects. It is a professional tool, not legal advice.
  • Checklist content shows its source and how far each country is covered. Content marked as a draft has not been expert-reviewed. A completed checklist does not confirm legal compliance.
  • Warnings and statuses (for example "do not release under the internal procedure") are information in the application. They do not physically stop a vehicle or machine; decisions remain with your company.
  • Checks must be done safely. DocExit never requires climbing on loads, working under raised bodies, opening pressurised systems or using a phone while driving.

Your account and data

  • The customer company decides who gets access and what roles they have, and is responsible for the data it records.
  • Submitted inspections are kept unchanged; corrections are added as new records.
  • You must not try to access another company's data or misuse the plugins (for example automated scraping beyond the published limits).

Plans and payment

Plans, prices and billing are described on the order page and handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. (Plans are being defined.)

Availability and liability

We work to keep DocExit available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken on the basis of draft or incomplete content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

Slovenian law applies. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
