Privacy policy

This policy explains how DocExit (docexit.com, transport.docexit.com, mcp.docexit.com and the DocExit plugins for AI assistants) handles personal data.

Who is responsible

DocExit is provided by Operative-Intelligence, Dimitrije Stopar s.p., Slovenia (EU). Contact: info@operative-intelligence.com.

  • For the website and the public plugin, we are the controller.
  • For data that a customer company records in the DocExit application (its users, vehicles, inspections, defects), the customer company is the controller and we process the data on its behalf under a data processing agreement.

What we process and why

The public plugin does not receive your whole conversation, does not require an account and does not store the values you send. We do not sell personal data and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Recipients

  • DigitalOcean — hosting in Amsterdam (EU).
  • Lemon Squeezy — payments, as merchant of record.
  • An e-mail provider for service messages (to be listed before the service sends e-mail).

Retention

  • Server logs: up to 14 days.
  • Application data: for the duration of the customer's contract and as configured by the customer; then deleted, except where the law requires longer retention. Records under an incident hold are kept until the hold is released.
  • Billing records: as required by tax law.
  • Database backups: up to 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. For data in the DocExit application, please contact your employer (the customer company) first; we will assist them. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or your local supervisory authority.
